2 adults + 1 child up to 15 years of age in the room with parents, 50% discount on the child’s fee, for stays of at least one week.

Children up to 18 years in the room with parents, 50% discount on the rate of children + 1 day

Please Note
For the months of July and August only weekly stays are accepted (subject to availability).
Weekly stays are intended from Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in takes place after 2.00 pm, check-out before 10.00 am. Reductions for 3rd and 4th adult bed (+18 years): 20% discount.
Small pets are accepted, no supplement for our 4-legged friends!
Extra Charges
Municipal Tourist Tax: € 1.50 per day (children up to 14 years free) to be paid at reception.
Drinks: drinks generally excluded from the Breakfast service.
Car Parking + PASS for ZTL: Free!
In the hotel or in the area reserved for our guests (unattended).
Minibar + € 5 per day at the customer’s request. (optional) in Nina and Pinta rooms, Free in Santa Maria rooms.
Beach Service
(optional service at the request of the customer, day by day) to be paid on site.
With transfer by shuttle to the partner beach equipped with all comforts, equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs, sunbeds, toilet, shower, bar, restaurant, entertainment, fine sand, crystal clear water and a splendid location on the Gulf of Palinuro.

Round trip shuttle rides: Every 30 minutes.
Excursions and Trips
(Optional service at the request of the customer, day by day) to be paid on site.
Bookings
Each reservation will be considered confirmed and will bind the Structure only if completed by written confirmation from the management, which must be followed within 3 working days by sending the deposit equal to 30% of the total amount.
Payments
The balance of the reservation can be paid at any time of your stay no later than the day before departure. Except for payments by checks, which must be paid on arrival, subject to successful completion.
We accept: cash, credit cards, checks.
There are no refunds for unused meals and for early departures.
The extras, such as
Drinks, Tourist Tax, Various Excursions, Beach Services, etc.
they must be paid in cash no later than the day before departure.
Cancellation policies
Up to 30 days before check in: no penalty.
(there is also the possibility of using the deposit already paid for a possible other stay at our facility, within 12 months)
Up to 7 days before check in: Penalty: the deposit will be fully withheld.
Up to 24 hours before check in: the additional deposit will be fully retained and the cost of the first night will be charged.
